Charges, Payment, and Billing Policies
Fees for services will be based on the nature, scope and complexity of the engagement. Fees are discussed upfront during the initial consultation and reflected in a formal engagement agreement. Payment terms will also be reflected in your engagement letter including any retainer requirements, invoicing arrangements and methods of payment. Unless otherwise specified, payment is required upon receipt of an invoice. Late (delinquent) payments may incur interest charges and/or may subject your account to suspension and/or termination.
